WHO ARE WE?
Omega Asset Management is a group of SPV companies engaged in the development of real estate development projects, primarily in the vacation apartments segment in tourist destinations.
Our main goal is to create ambitious architecture in the best locations in Poland.
Our apartments are characterized by modern Smart Home solutions and a focus on high energy efficiency, utilizing photovoltaics, heat pumps, and independent water sources.

Darłówko I

95 apartments and 96 parking spaces in Darłówko Zachodnie, located at 28 and 30 Nadmorska Street, just 600 meters from the Baltic Sea.

Darłówko II Apartments 48 apartments and 48 parking spaces in Darłówko Zachodnie, located at 6 Nadmorska Street, just 600 meters from the beach.
Riverside
Apartments
A project of 94 luxury vacation apartments with mooring places along the Elbląg River, at Wyspa Spichrzów, 61 Warszawska Street in Elbląg.
PRINCIPAL INVESTOR
Michał Kubicki leads the Omega Asset Management team. He is an experienced manager, associated with the Polish real estate market since 1995. He started his career at Echo Investment as the Director of Real Estate Acquisitions Department. He then managed development entities with Spanish capital, serving as the CEO of Realia Polska and as a partner and CEO of Volumetric MK Polska.
Before establishing Omega Asset Management, Michał Kubicki founded and served as a partner and CEO of Unimax Development and CMP Center Management Polska. He also spent 10 years as a partner and vice-president of PB Unimax, a general contractor company.
Under Michał Kubicki’s leadership, the development companies have constructed and sold over 2,400 residential and commercial properties worth more than 1 billion Polish złoty (230 million Euro).
His experience extends beyond the construction of thousands of apartments. Our team has also participated in the construction of several shopping centers, 7 hotels, and multiple office buildings in major cities across Poland.
